KVG International Public School, Sullia, successfully conducted a Two-Day Teachers’ Capacity Building Programme aimed at strengthening teaching competencies and equipping educators with contemporary pedagogical strategies and effective classroom practices.
The programme was facilitated by Mr. Venugopal Reddy, Master Trainer and Founder of V4SEE, who led the sessions with great expertise, enthusiasm, and practical insight.

The sessions were highly interactive, engaging, and activity-oriented, providing teachers with valuable hands-on learning experiences. The training focused on effective ways of increasing student engagement, adopting learner-centred approaches, and understanding recent changes in pedagogy, classroom practices, and teaching-learning strategies.
The programme encouraged teachers to reflect on their existing practices and explore innovative approaches to make classrooms more purposeful, participatory, inclusive, and engaging.
The sessions were attended by Principal Mr. Aneesh Nadh E.M. and Vice Principal Mrs. Shilpa Bidappa, who actively participated and supported the professional development initiative.
